If you are in an age group that has made and it is within 2 weeks of tournament start - you will get a credit to another tournament not a refund - Also on Sunday or later of the week of the tournament there is no refund or credit for late drop.

Refund Policy — No Exceptions
Event-Specific Policies
The following provisions preserve the refund-policy language currently published by Shootout Baseball while presenting it in a clearer tournament-by-tournament format.
Brian Crawford Memorial Tournament
Before March 1: Full refund less a $25 service charge, unless brackets have been posted.
Once brackets are posted: No refund.
B-12 Memorial Day Shootout
Team entry fees: Due April 1.
Teams dropping after April 1: No refund.
All Other Tournaments
14 days or more before tournament: Full refund less a $25 service charge.
Less than 14 days before tournament, before brackets are drawn: Full refund less a $50 service charge.
Once brackets are drawn: No refund.
Entry Fee & Team Gate Fee
Weather-Related Refunds
The published game guarantee is based on there being no weather issues. The current policy applies the following refund treatment when weather affects tournament play.
